Enunciate Academy believes in high level of client service and helping its customers as far as possible, we clearly communicate the costs involved with the services and the process we use to facilitate for payment of fees. Once enrolled for any course/class/material with Enunciate Academy, Enunciate Academy shall not refund the money or transfer the money to be adjusted against any other students/Customers. Enunciate Academy follows a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy. Once the payment for a course has been made, it won’t be refunded unless the course is cancelled due to the unavailability of course. We will generate invoice for the full amount paid by you as per the order terms and conditions. Any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to affiliates also cannot be refunded.

We try to our best to complete your order/service at the earliest with utmost smooth processing. Please note these problems are beyond our control and we cannot give guarantee for the same. You can also exchange the services ordered to us by following and complying required procedure, Terms and Conditions within 1 day of placement of your order in such cases shall be approved by Enunciate Academy.

In case Enunciate Academy receives extra payments for any course by any means, after receiving proofs for such claims, Enunciate Academy will try to refund the extra charges within 30days. For any bank related formalities during payment process Enunciate Academy has no liability to pay for any damages which resulted solely due to bank processing or negligence from the side of the students/ customers. Students/ Customers are advised to take up such matters directly with the bank and may proceed to further.
